The ALLIS Personal and Professional Development Award supports the personal development of individual staff members. It allows staff to apply for funding to support an area of individual development within their own role and knowledge base.

How does the scheme operate?

All staff working within ALLIS are able to apply for an award up to the value of £500. Applications can be submitted at any time during the year.


Applications should consist of a 250 word outline detailing what the money will be utilised for, and the benefits to the applicant and their area of work. Any successful applicants are expected to produce a short report for the newsletter and/or deliver a short presentation at the AGM outlining the impact the award has had.
